Low Down Blues

Here’s a little minor key piano blues that I’m working on. It’s extremely simple. Click on the arrow at the bottom of the page to hear Low Down Blues

I woke up this morning with the low down blues

Nothin to win, and nothin’ left to lose

Nothin’ to lose

Hey baby don’t you turn away

Ain’t got much more I even want to say

There’s nothin’ to say

Hey baby don’t you turn away

I got the blues again

Been so long since I had these blues

Been so long since I had these blues

Been so long since I have these blues

Hey baby don’t you turn away

I ain’t got nothin’ more that I really want to say

Ain’t got no more to say

  1. Oh, the piano… my favorite instrument. How many instruments do you play (let’s see… there’s guitar, harmonica, and now the piano)?

    1. I thought I had written something original: a new blues progression. Dm to A, Dm to A, then straight to the Gm, back to the Dm…. anyhoo, I like to play it. A smile to you!
