More Wisdom/More Cement Elephants

Wake up, Oh Great Cement Animal Sculptures! Awake our dear Oracles, our windows into the soul! Awake! And tell us some words of wisdom so we can make it through another day.

Huh?
Huh?

Great Bear is perchance spaced out. Arise then oh Great Ones, Cement Elephants, our great founts of wisdom. Share with us your knowledge, the hard-earned fruits of your hard-cement labours…..

Hey Franklin! They want some more words of wisdom from you Franklin, oh Great Wise One, oh Primo of Pachyderms.
Hey Franklin!
They want some more words of wisdom from you, oh Great Wise One, Primo of Pachyderms.
OK. stop your bleating. Let me think of something, something for the seekers of true knowledge, some advice that will change their lives. Life- changing advice.
OK. No problem. And please, Horatio, stop your bleating. Let me think of something –  something for the seekers of true knowledge, some advice that will change their lives. Life- changing advice, as it were.
Yes, Yes, oh Great One.
Yes, Yes, oh Great One.
Did I tell you the advice about not getting into a moving taxicab?
Did I tell you the one about not getting into a moving taxicab?
Uh Huh.
Uh Huh.
How about the importance of eating all your vegetables?
How about the importance of eating all your vegetables?
I must confess to being a bit disappointed, Franklin

I know. The wisdom of brainless, lifeless, cement animal sculptures tends to gravitate towards the lower end of the wisdom spectrum.

  1. Oh great elephants of the concrete clan,

Watch how these humans scurry along in their mundane lives and before they know it, they’ve grown old and useless. Do they not know that a diet of cement, sand and water makes one strong and ageless. Yes, some moss growth here and there, true but nothing that a good scrub will not fix.

We watch and wait – perhaps they might learn from us.
